Brand Identity and Website Design for personal trainer and wellness coach, Billy Carlson.
Billy Carlson has been a personal trainer and coach for over 10 years. He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Personal Trainer and holds their certificate as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Additionally, he holds certificates from Precision Nutrition Level 1 and the Level 2 Master Class. He was a “Tier X” coach (the highest level of training) with Equinox Sports Clubs for over seven years, where he received advanced training in sleep coaching, working with diverse populations, external queuing, and motivational interviewing, among other practices. Billy believes in the power of affirmative thinking, evidence-based health science, and the importance of laughter at all times.
In response to his clients’ new social distancing needs following the COVID-19 global pandemic, Billy began offering his services to them virtually. In order to properly accommodate these needs and make the change as smooth as possible, Billy required a website where his returning clients, and new clients, could find information regarding his services, himself, and be able to easily contact him. In correspondence, Billy aimed to rebrand his business to communicate his youthful energy, trustworthiness, and strength in helping other people attain their desired growth.
Billy’s new branding and website accomplish these goals through the use of a bright energetic green (representing both success and rapid growth), powerful slick typography, and personable language. Specifically, the new logo perfectly represents Billy’s philosophical strategy for achieving success — both his clients’ and his own. That being the belief that each individual is supported and propelled forward by their own personal foundation of both coaching and wellness.
